Russell Stutsky ESQ
After being admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2009, Attorney Stutsky first went to work for Attorney N. Warren Hess, III in Naugatuck, CT. Upon Attorney Hess’s retirement from the private practice of law in 2015, Attorney Stutsky took over the practice and in 2017 opened Stutsky Law, LLC. Attorney Stutsky specializes in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, as well as estate planning and administration.
He is also admitted to the New York Bar and the U.S. District Court of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Waterbury Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.

Attorney Stutsky provides pro bono counsel at the Waterbury Superior Court Foreclosure Clinic and has served on numerous local committees supporting the community. He is married with two children and spends his spare time coaching and cheering on his children’s athletic teams. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and is a loyal supporter of the UConn Huskies and the New York Yankees, while remaining a steadfast (if long-suffering) fan of the New York Jets.
